Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Forge Martial Arts, we strive to offer flexibility and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our business. Below are the details regarding refunds and cancellations for our different membership plans.

Keep in mind, we are a business, but we also see ourselves as a ministry before anything else, and we understand life happens! Come and talk to us first before any rash decisions are made.

Monthly Memberships

• Billing: Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your selected billing date.

• Cancellations:

  • You must notify us in writing (via email or physical letter) at least 5 days prior to your billing date if you wish to cancel your monthly membership.

• Refunds:

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the billing date.

  • Refunds are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with us directly before making any assumptions.

2. Tri-Monthly (Belt Cycle) Memberships

• Billing: Belt cycle tuition is billed every 3 months on the 1st of the first month of each cycle.

• Cancellations:

  • To cancel your tri-monthly membership, notify us in writing at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the start of your next billing cycle.

• Refunds:

  • No refunds will be given after the first week of the new cycle.

  • Refunds are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to discuss any concerns with us directly.

3. Yearly Memberships

• Billing: Yearly tuition is billed on the 1st or 15th of the month, based on your initial sign-up date.

• Cancellations:

  • To cancel your yearly membership, notify us in writing at least 30 days before the start of the new year.

• Refunds:

  • Yearly memberships are final. No refunds will be given if canceled after 2 weeks from the start of the membership.

  • Refunds are discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis. Always communicate with us directly before proceeding with cancellation.

General Policy Notes

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either via email or a written notice delivered to the dojo.

• Important: Refunds are always at the discretion of the dojo and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage open communication, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns. We are here to work with you!
